When you request a demo, we collect your name, phone number and company so our team can reach out. Chat interactions with Aria may include data about your enrollment or coverage needs (zip code, household size, etc.) used solely to provide quotes.
Lead data is stored in Zoho CRM and used for outreach related to your request. Chat data powers the conversation and is logged to improve Aria. We do not sell personal data.
We use Healthcare.gov (for ACA quotes), Zoho CRM (lead management), OpenAI (LLM inference) and N8N (workflow automation). Each operates under its own terms.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailinghello@crmday.ai.
Aria operates under HIPAA-aligned controls when handling protected health information for insurance agencies under signed BAAs.
